When will my order be completed?

Due to the customised nature of our products, we will start to process and produce your order once your payment has been completed.

How long will shipping/postage take?

Postage time is generally one to two weeks.  Sometimes this can be longer, but most parcels are delivered within two weeks of postage.

How is my parcel delivered?

All of our orders are sent using Registered and Tracked Australia Postage services which includes parcel insurance up to $100.  After you order has been processed, we will post your order and provide you with a tracking number for your parcel.

Are bulk discounts available?

We have tried to offer the best and most competitive prices for our products and so we do not offer any discounts.  We do however provide free postage for orders over $150.

Is free delivery available for large orders?

Yes, we provide free delivery for orders over $150.

How do I track my order?

Enter your tracking order number in the Australia Post “Track an item” search.   Click here to track your order.

What if my parcel doesn’t arrive?

By purchasing through BBtrendy you have paid for Registered and Tracked postage, including parcel insurance.  If your parcel has taken longer than two weeks to arrive, we would suggest waiting a further week.  After this time, if your order has not arrived please email us at  bbtrendy@outlook.com with your Order Number and we will submit a claim to Australia Post. If they cannot find your parcel for us Australia Post will compensate us for your order up to $100. We will then remake and resend your order again for you.
